How we handle AI usage tracking, rate limits, cookies/session identifiers, and lead submissions.
AI assistant usage
- Sessions are limited to a fixed number of questions to preserve fair access and reduce abuse.
- Legal-topic answers stay inside an approved-source framework and are not a substitute for case-specific legal advice.
- No account or sign-in is required to use the assistant.
Session data and browser identifiers
- Conversation history is kept in browser memory for the duration of the current session and cleared when the tab is closed.
- A local browser identifier may be stored to preserve assistant continuity and anonymous usage limits.
- IP-level information is used for abuse prevention and rate limiting on public endpoints.
Leads and contact submissions
- Contact submissions are stored and may trigger an email notification for follow-up.
- Source, route, and visa context are kept with the lead so the next conversation starts with the right background.
- Details you provide are not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
What is not collected
- Payment details are not stored — transactions go directly through an external payment provider.
- User data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
